Lacto Japan Co Ltd has announced a strategic investment in Leaft Foods, deepening a partnership that began in late 2024. All along, we've been working together to develop products with Lacto's customers that include Rubisco protein in categories like dairy fortification, baked goods, and sports nutrition.
This investment reflects the conviction that's been building on both sides since we kicked off our partnership. Japan values functional ingredients, nutritional precision, and provenance and we're glad to be building there with a partner that shares our vision for the future of protein production.
